What to expect from a session?
I know you might think midlife is a difficult phase. You might be overly stressed, feeling off, maybe you don't sleep well and you feel like the world is on your shoulders. I would like you to know however, there are many things you can do to improve your overall state. You can go back to a healthier life, a more relaxed body & mind, feeling more balanced again, and all this through breathwork and lifestyle changes.
You have to put some work into it however.
So, if you are the person who is looking for a quick fix, gain without pain, who wants everything easy, then please don’t sign up. I don't want to waste your or my time for that matter.
I love to work with women who want to go the extra mile, who have the mentality of doing things that aren’t easy in the beginning, or doing things out of their comfort zone.
The women I work with are convinced that with the right kind of help, their life can and will be improved.

We will have a session through Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp or by phone, whatever will work for you. We will make a thorough x-ray of your situation and your biggest struggles. We will dive deep into your challenges and together we will come up with a plan.
