Do you have a bitch in your head like I did?
For many years I listened to her, not always, but she was definitely there to tell me all kind of nasty things (you’re not good enough, you’re not lovable, who cares what you have to say, you’re totally not interesting and a long etc.) I kicked her out and started to love and accept myself completely, which led to a happier and more fulfilled life.
For a long time now, I know how to put myself first. I have come to realize that if I don’t take care of myself, nobody else will. If I first take care of myself, only then can I and will I show up much better to the rest of the world.
I also learned how to deal with my stress. I can’t take it away always but I definitely can manage my reaction and my perception to it.

With a better mindset, you will be able to do so much more. You will feel better mentally, much stronger and able to deal with all the things you have on your plate. Since you will love yourself much more, you won’t accept you’re the last one on your list but you will start your day with working on yourself. When that’s out of the way, then you can fully focus on the people around you.
The mental pillar builds upon the physical pillar. You need a strong body to have a strong mind. A strong mind without a strong body won’t get you very far.
