We look for convenience but we forget about how convenience will lead to dis-ease.

Your physical health is the cornerstone of the rest of your life. Without proper physical health, you won’t have the necessary energy to get through your busy day. You can’t think properly and you don’t take the right decisions. When you haven’t slept properly, you’re tired and it sets you up to eating more during the day. Your sexhormones will drop (even more!) and your libido is awful.
Under health and selfcare we look at:
- Training/movement (any kind)
- Food
- Sleep
- Relaxation/rest
- Sex/libido
- Hormones
If you’re not in a healthy physical state, you won’t be able to function optimal.
In this pillar we will go deep but we’ll set up easy routines so you can get this into your daily schedule without thinking too much.
To get you back on track, sleeping better, with less overweight and more energy and you will feel happier again!
The physical pillar is the first one, and as said, the foundation of your wellbeing. Without this base the rest of the pillars will tumble.
