So fundamental if you want to make changes in your life. Changes are pretty difficult to achieve and if you don’t have a good strategy, then after a while you will be back at your old habits.

  • Say no
  • Take action
  • Morning and evening routines
  • Work/private balance
  • Follow through

If you want to make a change and you implement and follow through for some time, you will notice it becomes easier. At some point so easy that you don’t have to think about it anymore. That’s when we say it’s a habit.

A lot of habits together build your character, so be sure to work on a lot of good habits to become the best version of yourself.
