I’ve known Monique for two years now and I think it’s fair to say that she loves, lives and breathes her work as a health coach. She confidently sets the standard and example to her colleagues and acquaintances of a busy executive with an amazingly healthy lifestyle, that it’s possible to live healthily with a nutritious diet whilst holding down a successful career.
I had three goals when I started with Monique; Firstly to become as physically fit as possible (without spending every waking hour at the gym); Secondly I wanted to eat a more healthy diet and for this to become a routine (without eating veggies every meal); Thirdly, and I guess more importantly, I wanted to rediscover my WHYs and passion for my work, my business and hobbies.
To this day I’m still amazed at the short space of time it took for my goals to be realized whilst working with Monique. The most significant overall change that took place was the shift in my attitude (the cup is always half full, not half empty), as a result of being physically fitter, eating healthier and working with Monique. Monique is a very inspiring, health orientated trainer with a real zest and passion for life and showing people that it’s possible to become “the best version of yourself”.
