I love my porridge. Although we’re in summer, I still make porridge although I cool it off with some strawberry salsa!
I cook 4 spoons of oats in oat milk to taste. Depends on the consistency you want your porridge. Normally I cook them 5 minutes.
Then in the meanwhile I take 8 frozen strawberries and blend them up. I pour the salsa over the porridge when cooked. Add a couple of spoons of Greek yogurt, some blueberries and smashed almonds.
Top it off with cinnamon, grated coconut or flakes.
Fast, yummy and nutritious!
