Are you afraid to start?
How many women will there be out there who have these wonderful ideas in their head but won’t even think about making them reality?
And I’m not talking about blurry ideas, no….. I’m talking about real ideas, fully pictured.
Still for one reason or another, it just stays that, an idea.
I have got loads of ideas and I’m still figuring out how to go about them.
My problem however, is that I have a way too wide field of interest.
I also know the feeling of being afraid to start.
The sensation of not feeling good enough, wise enough, of thinking that you don’t bring much to the table.
Uncertainty. Fear.
I really like the quote “Feel the fear and do it anyway” but I also know it’s easier said than done.
I do have to say however that when you do it, despite all the fear that builds up in your body, it doesn’t feel like such a big deal afterwards .
Normally we make it much bigger than it really is.
A lesson to learn maybe?
That being said, I truly have to remind myself as well!! 😉
Then we have so many subconscious issues that we’re not aware of.
Buried so deep we don’t even know they exist.
Until we have this conversation with someone that pulls it out of us, and mirrors it back.
Then we’re like “oh right, yes, that’s what’s happening to me”!
And without you knowing it, it was already, all of the time inside your head.
If you don’t want to talk about it with someone else, you can also do some deep reflection on your own.
Try to figure out your patterns and then think about why you behave the way you do.
Personally, I always try to question my thoughts, although sometimes it isn’t enough to do it by myself.
Then I need a little bit of help, like in the Beatles song (I love it!)
The Beatles – Help! (<- Click on the link and enjoy)
So, don’t be afraid. Try to overcome the fear you feel inside.
And as always, ask for help when you need it and begin to live a fulfilling life.
With love and health,
Monique
