How’s YOUR mindset?
Are you stuck like so many women, with a fixed mindset?
Do you think things are the way they are?
Or do you leave space for improvement or change?
Perhaps you use the phrase “That’s how/who I am” a lot?
If that’s the case, you’re probably stuck in a fixed mindset. AND, if you’re an action taker, you’ll probably want to get rid of it…
To change, you need a growth mindset. You need the willingness to question your thoughts, to change your behaviour and only if you take action, will you be able to do it.
It’s not enough to only think about it, change requires action.
Now, I know it’s not easy, and it will be a process of trial, failure, learning, and doing better next time.
We’re so conditioned to think that failure is a bad thing, when in reality it’s a way of showing us that what we’re doing, may not be the right path.
Therefore, it’s about taking the lesson, tweaking what you were doing, trying again, until you succeed in reaching your goal.
And then it’s soooo rewarding!!
So, what could you do to change?
1: Know what you want to change and why.
2: Once you know what it is and why you want to change it, set goals.
3: Involve strong emotions
4: Cut up your goal into little steps.
You can use this process with all kinds of changes. Doesn’t matter if it’s attracting more positivity, joy, self-care or self-love, or maybe you want to lose weight or sleep better?
The most important part is that YOU are willing to change.
