Keep your heels, head and standards high
Say you are a manager, hence a leader, in your company and in your daily life.
You have got a lot of things on your plate, people to manage. Your life is stressful and you also have loads of things to take care of at home. A frenetic lifestyle and you think you can manage.
Your heels are high, you dress well, you’re confident at work.
Or maybe not always….
What about the moments that you completely doubt what you’re doing? When you got these moments of forgetfulness? When you go from complete happiness to these feelings of insecurity, anger, doubt, frustration…
You know you have to be in control for this important meeting or that difficult presentation and sometimes you suddenly feel hot, get sweaty or red faced, and you’re afraid that others might notice.
So your head is not so high anymore.
You want to keep your standards high but you’re struggling. You don’t want to feel like you’re on this rollercoaster of emotions. It doesn’t do you any good at work, nor at home.
You want to be your own self with steady emotions.
If you are reading this and it resonates with you, you might be between 42 and 55, it’s probably because of hormonal changes. You might be at early menopause (perimenopause) or full blown menopause. Sometimes women who are even younger have these symptoms.
Going back to what I have said above; you are a leader. But are you also a leader in your own life? Do you take ownership of your feelings and of how your body behaves?
Many times, we are successful at work but not as much in our private life.
Take.Time.To.Reconsider..
Take extraordinary leadership of your life and yourself, so that you can keep your heels, your head and your standards high!
I’m here for you, I’ve been there too. Share your struggles with me and I would love to help you out.
