Don’t think it’s impossible.
A lot of your symptoms can be reduced or will disappear with the right mindset and taking the right steps.
What I would like you to do now, is to sit down in a quiet place and write down all of your symptoms. Or you can download my symptoms-and-solutions checklist, that’s an awesome first step.
Now think about how you were before you started to get all these symptoms.
Then write down what you are willing to do to change.
