Strong immune system. Strong health.
These times are very worrisome to me. I see people blindly following the mainstream media without questioning anything.
It may have always been so, but now it’s probably more pronounced I suppose.
Or maybe it’s because I tend to get informed outside the media and go more against the mainstream 😉
For me health has always been my top priority. If you don’t know yours, maybe you want to read this blogpost, just saying…
Back to health then.
Health isn’t just eating well and exercising. Health entails so much more.
It isn’t the absence of disease either but rather the presence of vitality.
Now, in these crazy times, health is even more important and it frustrates me big time that we don’t hear anything about it, or very little.
We are bombarded with fear messages instead of messages of hope, of taking action, of taking our health into our own hands.
Obviously it’s much easier to get things done from a crowd that’s in fear, so I suppose that’s what governments do. Create fear so that people follow instructions without questioning, because that’s what our prehistoric brain is programmed to do.
When we feel fear, we’re in need of feeling safe. So we follow willingly the person who provides us with that ‘safety’.
Now I don’t deny that something serious is going on but I think it’s taken way out of proportion. Maybe all measures were justified in the beginning of this year, but is that still the case?
I have my own opinion based on research outside the mainstream realm. I suggest you do your own research and get to a conclusion as well.
So what can you do to not fall under the below 1% fatality rate? 😉
Take.Care.Of.Yourself!
Make sure you have got your immune system strong and healthy. You can do this by:
- Eating well
- Incorporate movement every day
- Sleeping sufficient hours and get good quality sleep
- Unstress
- Incorporating relaxation technique like breathing, meditation or yoga for example
- Get sufficient Vitamin H (Happiness) and Vitamin C (Connection)
- Incorporate supplementation if needed. Get a blood test done before buying anything. Know your figures!
These are things you can implement as from today and they don’t require much. This is all in your own hands, and that’s where your health should be.
Don’t give your power away. Maybe it’s not best to put your bets on any ‘fast’ vaccin.
Your health is yours and you should be the CEO of your body!
If you have strong health, there’s no need to be afraid. Your immune system is the best vaccin and you don’t have to rely on external sources that may do more harm than well.
But that’s a whole different topic 😉
I just wanted to share a message of positivity.
You CAN do so much in these times of crisis.
You just have to want it and then take action.
